Event and Rental Fees

Wedding Ceremony Fee:  $500

  • Straw bales/wooden planks for guest seating (set up included)

  • Wooden benches for family seating, if desired (set up included)

  • Ceremony time does not count in the 5-hour time allowed for reception (ceremony start time no more than 1 hour prior to reception start time)

Wedding Reception Fee:  $2500 (**$3000 beginning with 2023 dates**)

  • 5 hours allowed for reception

  • 9 pm cutoff for amplified music and reception must end by 10 pm as per township requirements

  • Use of barn and outdoor space immediately around the barn (tent rental not included)

  • Handmade farm tables and wooden chairs for dining (set up included)

  • Use of the space from Friday evening (for wedding rehearsal/set up) until Sunday at noon (for cleanup)

  • On-site parking for up to 52 vehicles, 2 handicap parking spaces in front of the barn

  • Two handicap-accessible restrooms inside the barn

  • Two propane patio heaters available if needed for cool weather

  • 1949 Chevrolet 3800 pickup truck available for photos

  • Trash and recycling bins provided

  • Browse our collection of decorations to enhance your event at no extra charge

 

Small Event Fee:  $300 (for up to 50 guests - please contact us for larger parties)

  • Use of barn for up to 3 hours (2 hours permitted for prior setup/decorating)

  • Handmade farm tables and wooden chairs for event (set up included)

  • On-site parking, handicap parking, handicap-accessible restrooms inside the barn
