Event and Rental Fees

Wedding Ceremony Fee:  $500

  • Straw bales/wooden planks for guest seating (set up included)

  • "Getting Ready" barn for bridal party use prior to ceremony

  • Ceremony time does not count in the 5-hour time allowed for reception (ceremony start time no more than 1 hour prior to reception start time)

  • If ceremony only:  2 hours evening prior is allowed for decorating/rehearsal, and 3 hours total the day of the wedding for dressing, ceremony and photography.

Wedding Reception Fee:  $3000

  • 5 hours allowed for reception

  • 9 pm cutoff for amplified music and alcohol service

  • Use of barn and outdoor space immediately around the barn (tent rental not included)

  • Handmade farm tables and wooden chairs for dining (set up included)

  • Use of the space from Friday 2pm - 7 pm (for wedding rehearsal/set up) until Sunday at noon (for cleanup).  NOTE:  rehearsal dinner requires separate booking & small event fee

  • On-site parking for up to 52 vehicles, 2 handicap parking spaces in front of the barn

  • Two handicap-accessible restrooms inside the barn

  • 1949 Chevrolet 3800 pickup truck available for photos (weather permitting)

  • Trash and recycling bins provided

  • Use of available reception decor at no extra charge

 

Small Event Fee:  $300 (for up to 50 guests - please contact us for larger parties)

  • Use of barn for up to 3 hours (2 hours permitted for prior setup/decorating)

  • Handmade farm tables and wooden chairs for event (set up included)

  • On-site parking, handicap parking, handicap-accessible restrooms inside the barn

 

Add-Ons:

  • Campfire Option:$50 (we will provide toasting skewers if you bring ingredients for S'mores)
